improving quality of sleep, experiencing less pain, improving range of motion, increasing stamina, energy and vitality to name only a few.  By connecting with our breath while moving and settling into various postures, then taking the time to breathe within those postures, we learn to honour and respect our our bodies, our minds, our spirits and our limitations, then we can celebrate the ‘quiet’ and ‘ease’ that comes with that honour!
