Personal Training is designed to educate, motivate, coach and support you on your fitness and wellness journey, each and every step of the way, with strategically designed programming tailored specifically for you. We work one on one, so you decide upon the goals you want to achieve, and together we will ensure these goals are met through various modalities includiing each of the four main areas in fitness such as Strength Training, Cardiovascular Training, Rest & Relaxtion (which includes flexibility and/or yoga), and of course, Whole Foods Nutrition.
