At EVOLVE, we have many different Nutrition programs to suit every body.  It is my hope that by reviewing the information throughout our site, you will find the inspiration to make lasting healthy eating habits that will create optimal health and well being for you.  If we choose to live a long and healthy life, we must choose to fuel ourselves with high quality, clean fuel (food).  You will gain the tools necessary to heal, repair and grow.  You will understand emotional eating and dependency vs. true hunger and what this means for you.  We will teach you proven methods to help you during stressful times, so that YOU are always in CHARGE of YOU, NOT FOOD.  You decide which Level of Clean Eating or Raw Foods you desire, and we will map your plan from there.

EVOLVE’s Clean Eating Programs will improve your health, your stamina, your strength, and you will drop excess weight off of your body for good!  Your hair will glisten, your eyes will sparkle and your skin will be flawless.  Your confidence and self esteem will be at an all time high – exactly where you were always meant to be.  True health begins with the food you eat.  How healthy do you wish to be? 


The following information is intended for you to get 'curious' about where you are now, nutritionally.  It is also intended to get you thinking - where do you want to go?  What are your goals?  Do you have health concerns?  Do you have an upcoming race?  No matter the decision or the event - we can all improve.  What do you have to lose?  Nothing but weight!  What do you have to gain from Clean Eating?  A long, healthy, vibrant life!


Begin by taking in the following information, then call or email to recieve more!

  • Admitting that you have issues around food or eating is your very first step.  If you cannot recognize a problem, you cannot plan for success.
  • Begin a food journal and write down EVERYTHING that you eat, what time you are eating at, and what mood you are experiencing at the time you are eating. (If you would like to try a sample copy of a food journal click here.)
  • First on the Agenda is to get real about your GOALS.  Research is conclusive that if you write it down, your chances of success soar.  DREAM BIG and have FUN with this!  Jot out 100 of your most favorite, exciting things to do – or places to go – or people to meet in your lifetime.  Cut and paste pictures to it as well if you want!  Out of this list, pick out 3 or 4 of the MOST IMPORTANT goals/dreams and expand from here.  More on Goals…
  • As you begin to be aware of the foods you are consuming, begin to notice how much sugar you are truly consuming each day and each week.  Do the same with sodium and salt.  Try this with your family as well – get them involved.  Get very curious about reading food labels – ALWAYS read your food labels, particularly the INGREDIENT LIST!
  • Increase the amount of clean, purified water that you are drinking EVERY SINGLE DAY!
  • INCREASE YOUR ACTIVITY LEVELS EVERY SINGLE DAY!  Now that the sun is shining and Spring is in the air – GET OUTSIDE!  SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING!  So even if you only have 10 minutes, get going!
  • CLEAN OUT your cupboards and refrigerator!  Get rid of unnecessary junk foods – sugary or salty, and all refined processed foods!  Put your children’s snacks up and out of the way.  If something is in the house that is tempting you, then remove it.
  • Follow the 4 P’s Principles!  Prioritize, Plan, Prep and Prepare.  By following these principles, you will NEVER be short of healthy snack and meal options, EVER.
  • BE KIND TO YOURSELF.  Notice how often your self chatter is negative, or down-right mean!  Treat yourself as you would your best friend, or your dearest pet.  Would you talk so mean to them?  I don’t think so!  If it helps, start a journal!...
