BOOT CAMP

Do you have what it takes to push yourself to achieve a Total Transformation?  That’s right, in just 8 - 12 short weeks you will lose weight, drop inches and feel fantastic!  We will perform a variety of exercises using body weight, dumb bells, kettle bells, tubing, partners, tires, tug o wars and more!  It’s tough but it’s AWESOME!  For optimal results, attend both classes – 2 classes per week for 8 - 12 weeks and be Totally TRANSFORMED! 
 
(Weather permitting, this class will be indoors and outdoors – you will be notified when we’ll be outdoors)
